MOVE-IN SCHEDULE

All exhibitors will be sent an email regarding their move-in for Monday, Jan. 23, 2012 about two weeks prior to the show. Call Kevin at 800-332-3976, x116 with questions.

Forklifts will be available to unload and load trucks at no additional charge. If you have any special requests contact Kevin.

TRADE SHOW HOURS

The hours for the trade show have been changed to 9:00am to 4:00pm for both days.

SPECIAL NOTES

Company name is sufficient when placing orders through NJ Convention Center or Metropolitan Exposition Services.

NO EXHIBIT can be removed prior to the close of the show on at 5pm on Wednesday, January 25.

Helium balloons CANNOT be distributed to attendees. Balloons can be used in displays but MUST be secured.

EXHIBITORS NOT ENTERING THEIR BADGES PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE CAN EXPECT TO WAIT IN LINE AT LEAST ONE HOUR AND BE DELAYED ENTRANCE TO THE SHOW.
